The tool consolidates carrier and plan information into one searchable reference resource, enabling you to make better business decisions, avoid non-commissionable plans, and protect your revenue.
It is not an official carrier database and should be used for internal reference only. Always confirm plan details directly with the carrier prior to submitting any enrollments.

Monthly Subscriptions: Billed automatically every 30 days from the date of purchase.

Annual Subscriptions: Billed automatically every 12 months from the date of purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting support.
Access will remain active through the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds will be issued for early cancellation.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, billing frequency, or plan features at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active subscribers.

5. Termination and Access Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Lookup Tool at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms & Conditions,

Misuse or distribution of proprietary data,

Abuse of access privileges,

Or at our sole discretion.

In the event of termination initiated by the provider, a prorated refund may be offered at our discretion unless termination is due to violation of terms.
